There will come a time when a company is faced with certain problems, and only a leader such as  Ralph Vitiello can navigate it towards safety and out of harm’s way. Standing at the top of Northpointe Bank, the thriving business man has become a force to be reckoned with in the business industry, and he hopes to expand his influence in the years to come.

Ralph Vitiello is a prominent business leader who works with Northpointe Bank as the Regional Vice President of Sales and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He also currently serves on the executive committee for New Jersey’s Mortgage Banker Association (MBA). 

He got his chance to make a notable impact under the George Bush administration when he was appointed to Secretary Preston’s advisory board for the last 200 days in office. His mandate then was to manage the result of the mortgage crisis of 2007 and 2008 by accommodating the heavy influx of FHA loans. 

As the Regional Vice President of Sales at Northpointe Bank, Ralph’s role serves as the primary strategizing officer who implements saving resources and practices that will ultimately benefit the masses. Vitiello is in charge of handling a dynamic team across 11 branches throughout the Northeast region of the United States in various satellite locations. Throughout his time with Northpointe Bank, he has shown excellent leadership by encouraging his team members to make decisions that best benefit their clients in front of them.

Ralph Vitiello’s genuine passion for helping other people through his profession is evident in his unwavering support for his clientele, especially in times of hardship. In everything he does, the VP embodies Northpointe Bank’s mission of “Bringing value and innovation to the people we serve.” 

In the near future, Ralph Vitiello hopes to scale Northpointe Bank by investing in his team and the community as a whole. He hopes to grow their in-house team and add more resources to their highly capable remote teams. Vitiello firmly believes that putting the focus on helping clients in terms of banking, home lending, and insurance will incite a net positive for the community and the financial industry in its entirety. The firebrand entrepreneur isn’t showing any signs of slowing down, and it’s exciting to see how he will lead Northpointe Bank toward the future.
