Ralph Vitiello Leads Northpointe Bank in the Right Direction Through His Massive Expertise in the Financial Industry

It takes a lot of skill, expertise, and influence to become a great leader. There will come a time when a company is faced with certain problems, and only a leader such as  Ralph Vitiello can navigate it towards safety and out of harm’s way. Ralph Vitiello is a prominent business leader who works with Northpointe Bank as the Regional Vice President of Sales and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He also currently serves on the executive committee for New Jersey’s Mortgage Banker Association (MBA). 

He got his chance to make a notable impact under the George Bush administration when he was appointed to Secretary Preston’s advisory board for the last 200 days in office. His mandate then was to manage the result of the mortgage crisis of 2007 and 2008 by accommodating the heavy influx of FHA loans. 

As the Regional Vice President of Sales at Northpointe Bank, Ralph’s role serves as the primary strategizing officer who implements saving resources and practices that will ultimately benefit the masses. Vitiello is in charge of handling a dynamic team across 11 branches throughout the Northeast region of the United States in various satellite locations. Throughout his time with Northpointe Bank, he has shown excellent leadership by encouraging his team members to make decisions that best benefit their clients in front of them.
